Export analysis of pv modules in the first half of 2019 and development forecast in the second half of the year
With the continuous improvement of photovoltaic module technology, module cost continues to decline, the domestic market gradually shrinks, and the overseas market becomes a new competition point.Domestic photovoltaic enterprises are gradually divided into jinko enterprises with strong overseas advantages in early deployment of overseas markets, and longji, GCL and other enterprises that have accelerated the deployment of overseas businesses based on the original part of overseas businesses. With the cost reduction of the whole photovoltaic industry chain, overseas demand has blossomed.
Total export volume: the total export volume of components in the first half of 2019 was 34.20GW (year-on-year growth of 99.50%), and the total export amount was 8.888 billion usd (year-on-year growth of 51.20%).
Analysis of component export volume, total amount and average price in the first half of 2019
Analysis of export volume and average price of single polycrystalline components in the first half of 2019
From January to June 2019, China's component export volume reached 8.888 billion us dollars, up 51.20% year on year, and 34.20GW, up 99.50% year on year. The average export price was 0.26 us dollars/watt, down 23.5% year on year. The export volume of single crystal components was 17.67GW, accounting for 51.7%, with a year-on-year growth of 260.7%. The average export price was $0.27 / watt, with a year-on-year decline of 22.9%.
Export enterprise: jinko won the first place for two years, and its components are mainly exported to Spain, Vietnam and other countries
The export volume of components from January to June 2019 is among the TOP10 enterprises
Generally speaking, the top ten enterprises are relatively stable.Jinko with a strong and stable momentum to win the first place.Longkila leaf (year-on-year growth of 301.8%), dongfang nisheng (year-on-year growth of 184.7%), suntech (year-on-year growth of 159.9%), zhengtai (year-on-year growth of 153.5%), and tianhe (year-on-year growth of 143.9%) showed significant growth.
Jinko components are mainly exported to TOP10 countries in the first half of 2019
As can be seen from the figure, jinko components were mainly exported to Spain, Vietnam, the Netherlands, Japan, Mexico and other countries in the first half of 2019, and the total export volume of the TOP10 countries accounted for 81.9% of the total export volume of jinko.
From January to June 2019, the year-on-year export volume of zhonghuan components was counted
In the first half of 2019, the export volume of zhonghou was 533.32mw, with a year-on-year growth of 423.7%. In the first half of 2019, the export volume of cerafo was 316.40mw, with a year-on-year growth of 48.7%.
Export market: the Netherlands replaced India as the largest export market, Vietnam, Spain as the strongest dark horse
In the first half of 2019, the number of Chinese components exported to the eu increased significantly due to the cancellation of the dual-countervailing policy by the eu.The Netherlands replaced India as the largest export market for components, with exports of 4579.49MW, up 1009.6% year-on-year.Spain (15421.4% year-on-year growth) and Ukraine (2266.9% year-on-year growth) showed significant growth.
● Vietnam (up 5367.1 per cent year-on-year) moved into second place;
● as a result of the "make in India" policy, India has lost its position as the largest export market for Chinese components. In the first half of 2019, China exported 2,814.32mw components to India, down 19.1% year-on-year.The "make in India" policy requires 100 per cent local manufacturing of photovoltaic modules for grid-connected photovoltaic projects developed by the government and central utilities. The united Arab emirates (down 55.7 per cent year on year) dropped out of the TOP10.
In the first half of 2019, the components are mainly exported to the Netherlands by ja, trina, longil leaf, jinko, atos and other enterprises. The total export volume of the TOP10 enterprises accounts for 71.8% of the total export volume of the Netherlands.
Affected by us countervall, 201 and 301, the door to export components to the us is closed. From January to June 2019, China exported only 11.42mw photovoltaic modules to the United States.
Component export forecast for the second half of 2019:
A) the number of new solar photovoltaic (PV) installations worldwide is expected to reach a record high in 2019, thanks to improvements in the European and us markets and rapid growth in India and Vietnam. It is estimated that the world's new installed solar photovoltaic capacity will exceed 120GW in 2019.
B) this year's growth forecasts will be driven mainly by emerging markets, particularly Spain, South Africa, Vietnam, Egypt and Chile.
(iii) the new law of the Japanese market will bring unbuilt projects into the network before the end of September, 2020, and it is expected that there will be a rush for equipment in 2019-2020;Emerging markets such as Mexico, Australia, Turkey and the united Arab emirates will drive China's pv exports.
